DRYPRESSING
With the dry pressing system, realized by means of 4 presses with power up to 300 / bar, we are able to produce ceramic support with dimensions that reach the size 500 × 800 mm and section thicknesses up to 30 mm.
It is quite clear that, in the absence of particular needs such as undercut sections, or that can allow the correct draft of the product, we can guarantee important quantities of special pieces with absolute flatness of surfaces and with tolerances dimensional equal to zero.
AUTOMATICGLAZING
For the glazing process, which gives the finished product the aesthetic aspect, the company has a varied range of glazes available. The attention and care in preparing the mixes, which are punctually tested by the Research and Development division in collaboration with the laboratory managers of the most important enamel manufacturers, ensures that they can be correctly replicated over time.f
TRADITIONAL ANDPRESSURE CASTING
In our casting department we manufacture pressure ceramic products. Traditional pouring takes place through the insertion of the mixtures in special plaster casts for the production of products of various sizes.
Before each casting cycle, the mixtures are always monitored and carefully analyzed in order to avoid dimensional problems of the product.
The gluing department is also equipped with two dryers for the maturation of the raw product.
GLAZING ANDFINISHING BY HAN
The enamelling and hand finishing department is of fundamental importance in view of the service offered to the customer. The operators are able to create finished products according to the customer’s requests. This department also carries out special processes such as brushing and / or sponging of raw enamels.
