RAPID FIRE
KILNS
The company structure has three ovens for rapid firing up to 1,200 °, with sizes from 30 to 50 ml equipped with a dryer. These equipments are used both for firing the ceramic support (biscuit) and for firing the glazed biscuit and allow the production of large quantities of ceramic and non-ceramic products.
The firing of the enamel in a roller oven allows the absolute homogeneity of the enamel tones on the finished product and guarantees the total absence of deposits near the edges.
MUFFLE KILNS
FOR FIRING
The company has five gas muffle kilnss, with a capacity of 4 to 5 cubic meters / each.
They are used for firing specific products that do not have dimensions compatible with those foreseen for rapid ovens, for biscuits made by casting and for enamelled articles.
The muffle kiln is also used for particular colors or for laboratory tests.
